Over that time, we have recognised more than 180 young professionals for their exceptional performance and have guided them through our 10-step LEAP Programme.
Harnessing their own qualities and the skills they have developed through the programme, they are already having a positive impact on their organisations, with many progressing to senior leadership roles.
Developed in collaboration with employers, LEAP adds real value to both the people who participate and the countless businesses which choose to engage with Top 30 Under 30.
